Walderstown Road Races resurfacing

Resurfacing was carried from the Corr Cross Road (1st Road end after Start line turning left for Mount Temple ) to the Mount Temple Cross and the Mullingar Cross to the Start / Finish line.

The work was carried out by Westmeath County Council. The Fore Motor Cycle Racing Club Ltd is very thankful for the help of Westmeath County Council in all the work carried out on the Roads in the area of Racing Circuits, the Land owners, Residents, An  Garda Siochana, Westmeath Community Developments, our man Sponsors Wild Energy Drink, those who advertise and sponsor a bale in the Race Programme, Leader 2007 / 2013 and  all those that help in the preparation of the Race Circuit in the weeks before the “Race of the South” in  Waderstown.  Photos courtesy of Kevin Leonard.
